At 10:00 am Friday, October 5, Coushatta Casino General Manager Scott Sirois cut the ribbon to officially open Noodles, the resort’s newest restaurant. “We are excited to open this beautiful new venue serving a selection of delicious Asian dishes. We are proud to offer our guests a wide variety of dining choices and we are truly delighted to add Noodles to our dining repertoire,” stated Sirois.

Noodles features a small authentic/traditional menu spotlighting outstanding classics. This cozy, casual restaurant offers bar seating and limited table seating––and the décor is a visual treat! Noodles is located adjacent to Seven Clans Buffet and is open for dinner 5pm-10pm Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday; 5pm-1am Friday and Saturday; closed Monday and Tuesday.
